I'm affectionately known as V but the people who know me best call me mom and babe. I have the heart of an empath which led me to pursue my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling the creative Pisces that lives in me won't allow me to not create characters plots and scenarios that intertwine with the reality of mental illness and the skill of fiction writing.

I am Juggling the chaos and joy of motherhood, the privilege of learning to love the same person daily in different ways, the demands of corporate work and the absorption of knowledge in grad school with the pursuit of my passion, Alas I am locked in on this journey into the world of literature as an author.

When I'm not navigating the daily grind I'm wrapped in my kindle, every purse contains a novel as does my nightstand.

With my laptop, my phone, and some good old post-its I am diligently working on my debut title, which I hope takes you on the same ride it has me.
